Republicans do because they have to, because they need to get the steam going in the train again. Really, do you really thing NY-23 is that meaningful in the grand scheme of things? Everyone seems to think so. Why would I bet bitter? I don't live in Jersey, so I don't care. Christie doesn't seem like he will be any better than Corzine, which is bad for you guys. If you guys took time to out stop complaining about trivial stuff like ACORN, Socialism, and Rev. Wright you'd see all of us talking about what Obama is REALLY doing wrong. I find the coverage to be a bit odd, especially in the NY-23 election. I don't think people even understand what NY-23 is. Two Governors rces went to Republicans and it's 'WOOOOO OBAMA IS GOING TO LOSE IN 2012!!!!' Corzine seemed to be a colossal fuck up, but when you look into both, Christie doesn't seem much better. Honestly, the coverage given to these elections and the way it's being touted reminds me of a winless team getting their first W. And sure, the Dems will lose a bunch of seats next year, but it really won't be for any of the reasons you guys mentioned (Socialism, the country is sick of Obama, Nazi death panels), and it won't be as many seats as needed to take control back. For all your guys talk about how health care is fine, that and the economy is what is holding the Dems back from being in power for the next few decades. IE, they are doing what Democrats do best, and fuck things up. Why do you think some Democrats are pushing hard for this bill to be passed before next year? So they can all hit the campaign trail saying they got health care for everyone, and they would lose a shitload less seats next year than if they don't get it passed.
